Robert Hicks
Senior Technical Consultant
Rob has some 30 years experience in the building surveying and the building industry, including at a number of Victoria councils as well as in Queensland.
​
He has a Diploma in Building Surveying and a Graduate Certificate in Fire Engineering Performance-Based Building and Fire Codes.
​
Rob has also worked as a private building surveyor and has practical and construction management experience in residential and commercial construction both locally and abroad, including the United Kingdom and Germany.
Rob brings his years of experience to assist BASIC Expert liaison with local and state government departments in the built environment.
