BASIC Expert carried out a safety audit for Concept Blue Apartments located at 68 La Trobe Street, Melbourne. At the time, the building was under a Building Order from Melbourne City Council. The audit identified current non-compliant safety measures as well as items predicted to become non-compliant in the future. This proactive approach enabled the client to address all non-compliant issues simultaneously. The rectification plan, along with BASIC Expert's report, was then submitted to Melbourne City Council to address the Building Order.
