BASIC Expert conducted a study to determine if the combustible cladding on this building presented an unacceptable risk to occupants and developed a Performance solution. We leveraged our expertise at the Building Appeals Board under s 160(2)(b) of the Building Act 1993 for determinations to secure a favourable decision to modify clauses 2.4 and 3.1(b) of Specification C1.1 of the Building Code of Australia 2014 - Volume One (BCA) applying to a class 2 and 7a building.
